No. There is never a fee for healthcare professionals. We are compensated by the hiring facilities, so our recruitment, credentialing, and placement services are completely free for you.

What documents do I need for the "Quality & Compliance" check?

To ensure patient safety and meet US regulations, you will need to provide:

  • Active professional license/certification.
  • Proof of identity (Driver's License or Passport) and SSN.
  • Immunization records (including TB, Hep B, Flu, and COVID-19).
  • BLS/ACLS or other specialty certifications.
How does the background check and drug testing process work?

Once you receive a conditional offer, we will send you a secure digital link to authorize your background check and schedule a drug screen at a nearby lab. These are mandatory for all US healthcare placements to ensure a safe work environment.

Do you offer training or certifications?

Yes. Our platform provides mandatory tutorials and assessments, including HIPAA compliance, Harassment prevention, and Safety training, to ensure you are fully prepared for your assignment.

How often will I get paid?

We typically process payroll on a weekly/bi-weekly basis.

How do you verify the quality of your healthcare staff?

Our rigorous "Quality & Compliance" protocol includes primary source license verification, comprehensive background checks (Level 2 where required), 10-panel drug screenings, and clinical competency exams. We only present candidates who meet 100% of your specific facility's requirements.

How quickly can you fill an urgent staffing request?

We maintain a pre-vetted database of clinicians. For urgent needs, we can often present qualified candidates within 24–48 hours, depending on the specialty and location.

Do you handle payroll and taxes for the staff you place?

Yes. For temporary and contract assignments, we act as the Employer of Record, handling all W-2 withholding, payroll taxes, workers' compensation, and professional liability insurance.

Can we hire a professional permanently after a contract ends?

Absolutely. We offer "Contract-to-Hire" and "Direct Placement" options. If you decide to bring one of our professionals onto your permanent staff, a standard conversion fee will apply as outlined in our service agreement.
